In preparation of the high-pressured recruitment week and other greatly-anticipated annual events, the Delta Gamma fraternity needed a new website that could handle its influx of traffic from new members post-initiation, while keeping existing members in the loop. After a quick review of the clientele, ForeFront was quick to step in and save the day for the all-women fraternity – like the true gentlemen we are.

Delta Gamma needed something new. Something fresh. Something that could accurately portray its mantra and message of “hope,” all while maintaining and preserving its more than 140 years of history and sisterhood. We helped the fraternity with a complete website overhaul and design. We’re talking a full document library, chapter locator/search and alumnae due payment mechanism so Delta Gamma can easily keep its tradition alive and roaring.

This site offers an ease of navigation, so no matter if you’re a new member looking for housing or a storied sister with a great history with the fraternity who’s trying to keep up with recent happenings, you’ll be able to find every resource you need. Equipped with a fully-functional content management system, the ladies of Delta Gamma are prepared to handle whatever obstacles rush week has in store.

“Do good,” y’all!

Phi Mu is a national, not-for-profit Fraternity that continues to help young women become better students, stronger professionals, and greater leaders. Founded in 1852 at Wesleyan College in Macon, Ga., we are the second oldest American sorority. More than 175,000 Phi Mu women have become members and we have chartered more than 247 chapters nationwide.

Phi Mu needed a need layout and fresh new look while maintaining their core functionality. We helped the fraternity with a complete website design, development, and content integration. Like DG, we also built a full document library, chapter locator/search, and member section to get to important links for collegians and alumnae.

Why We Are A Good Fit

ForeFront Web has been solely building and supporting websites for over 17 years. We’re not a startup looking to get purchased by a larger firm, we’re not an offshoot of some monolithic agency and we’re not a website factory looking for churn. We’re a small(ish) company relentless dedicated to making each of our client sites category killers. We believe in creating relationships and work hard to foster those relationships. Our people are the best in the business, and they love what they do – which shows in our work.

We don’t make clients sign long-term contracts; in fact, we make it very easy to leave. It makes us work that much harder to keep our clients happy, and our ridiculously low attrition rate shows that it works. The site you are looking to build (and the components involved) is similar to many that we have created in the past; you’ll be no one’s guinea pig. There’s nothing we’ll need to “sub-out”, so you’ll be able to work directly with the people who will be doing the actual work on your site.

Our Relationship Doesn’t End When Your Project Ends

In our view, the project doesn’t end – no more so than the farmer’s work ends once the field has been seeded. A website is just one component of an overall initiative, and must be maintained internally and supported peripherally as well. The Internet is littered with well designed sites that failed miserably because of a lack of follow through.

We do not require our clients to use us for those services, but we do highly encourage the following:

  • Weekly analysis of website statistics
  • Frequent content updates to keep the site fresh and current
  • Engaging content that inspires feedback
  • Peripheral support via social media
  • Regular eNewsletters that drive visitors back to the site
  • Incorporation of marketing automation software

We take our role as your “web geeks” very seriously, and do not feel that our job is complete at launch. We continue to monitor the site and the analytics and are frequently the first to point out statistical anomalies within our clients’ sites. We feel that it is our ongoing responsibility to keep you apprised of changes within our industry and will continue to engage with you long after the site launches – regardless of an ongoing maintenance contract or not. It’s our job.

We only do one thing, and we do it well. We’d love the opportunity to exceed your expectations and are excited at the prospect of working with you.

Thank you for your consideration!
