Strange days, indeed.

First and foremost, our hearts go out to all who are affected by the pandemic, from the “front-line” workers to those who have fallen ill – or worse, have lost loved ones.

As a company that provides information technology used by critical businesses, we are deemed an essential business as defined by the Department of Homeland Security. We are maintaining our regular hours, and have even increased our availability outside of those hours (partly because we can’t even keep track of what day it is anymore).

Fully Operational, Fully ForeFront Web

In order to keep our employees and their families safe, we have moved to a primarily remote workforce. While you will still typically find one or two of us in our offices (mostly to get the heck out of the house for a bit), the majority of us are working from home. We apologize in advance if phone calls aren’t answered in a timely manner, or you are interrupted on your call by a barking dog (or spouse). Please note that we are not currently seeing clients at our offices, and are conducting meetings via Zoom and Google Hangouts.

Most importantly, we remain committed to helping our clients through this difficult time.

We are still at full strength (no layoffs or reduced hours), and in fact, have spent considerable time proactively reaching out to our clients with suggestions and tactics to minimize business loss. We have created new service offerings, developed comprehensive disaster relief packages, and even allowed for some creative billing arrangements to help our clients.

We’re Here To Help

If you are struggling and could use assistance with your web presence, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are happy to share the techniques, best practices and advice we have given others, and would also be happy to brainstorm with you for specific tactics that can help. We’ve even written up a checklist for you to run through to help bolster your digital marketing efforts during the COVID-19 pandemic.
